Shipping Policy
Deliciae is committed to providing the best shipping service at competitive rates for all customer orders. We offer nationwide delivery for purchases made through our website, fan page, and hotline.
Deliciae collaborates with trusted and reputable delivery partners, including Grab, Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Viettel Post, and our internal delivery team, ensuring direct delivery to customers nationwide.
Your order will be attempted for delivery up to two times. If the first delivery attempt fails, our staff will contact you to schedule a second attempt. If we are unable to reach you within 24 working hours, or if no response is received, the order will no longer be valid.
To check the status or details of your order, please use the order number provided in the confirmation email and contact our customer service team or hotline for assistance.
Once an order is successfully placed, customers can review the order details and select a payment method, including “Cash on Delivery” or “Bank Transfer.”
1. Shipping Fees at Deliciae
Deliciae applies shipping fees based on the costs agreed upon with our logistics partners for all successfully placed orders.
For customers in provinces and cities where Deliciae stores are located, we provide door-to-door delivery.
Shipping fees range from 22,000 to 35,000 VND, depending on the delivery location.
2. Delivery Time
For orders within major cities and provinces: 3-5 business days.
For suburban, district, and town areas: 3-7 business days.
Deliciae will instruct the shipping company to deliver the goods within the agreed time once customers have successfully completed the ordering process.
Processing & Delivery Time:
The standard shipping time is 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Deliciae reserves the right to modify the delivery time without prior notice in cases of natural disasters or special circumstances.
Delivery Attempts:
Each order will be attempted for delivery up to 3 times.
If the first delivery attempt fails, our team will reach out via call or message within 2 working days to schedule the next delivery.
If no response is received, or if we are unable to reach the customer, the order will be canceled.
Inspection Policy:
Customers are allowed to check for physical damages or breakages but are not permitted to unseal or test the product before confirming receipt.

Important Note:
Upon receiving your package, customers must complete payment and sign the delivery receipt before checking the product. We recommend recording a video while unboxing to ensure proper support in case of product defects. Keep the shipping receipt for verification.
3. Carrier Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and complete delivery of goods to the specified destination on time.
Deliver goods only to the authorized recipient.
Cover transportation-related costs, unless agreed otherwise.
Purchase liability insurance as required by law.
Compensate the customer for any lost or damaged goods, unless otherwise agreed or stated by law.
4. Carrier Rights
Verify the authenticity of the goods and shipping documents.
Refuse to transport items not matching the agreed-upon description in the contract.
Request full and timely payment of shipping fees from the customer.
Decline the transportation of prohibited, hazardous, or dangerous goods.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Pay the full shipping fee on time, as per the agreed method.
Provide accurate information related to the shipment for safe transportation.
Monitor goods in transit if agreed upon.
If the customer is responsible for monitoring the goods and any damage or loss occurs, compensation will not be provided.
6. Customer Rights
Request timely and accurate delivery of goods to the agreed location.
Personally receive the goods or assign a third party to collect them.
7. Liability for Damaged Goods During Transit
In cases where goods are damaged during transportation, whether shipped by Deliciae’s internal delivery team or third-party logistics, Deliciae will take full responsibility for resolving the issue.
Customers have the right to reject the product and request a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
All further disputes or compensations will be handled between Deliciae and the third-party logistics provider in accordance with our service agreement.
8. Shipping Documentation & Responsibility of Logistics Providers
All orders are carefully packaged and sealed by Deliciae before shipping.
The shipping company is responsible for transporting goods in their original condition.
Each package is labeled with the following details:
- Recipient’s Name, Phone Number, and Address
- Tracking Number (Shipping Code)
To ensure the safety and legitimacy of goods, Deliciae will include a valid invoice or shipping note in the package (if applicable).
The invoice or shipping note serves as official documentation for:
- Validating the market value of the goods.
- Ensuring the legal circulation of products.
- Processing complaints and claims.
